I’m a very strong believer of if someone does a job well then they should be told so and I told bts quite a few times that we were very grateful for  the work he carried out for us. BTS had the job of tiling 2 of our bathrooms as follows-

Family bathroom:
We had a previous ‘builder’ in to tile this bathroom for us which was left in an absolute mess and looked so bad that the whole lot needed to be ripped out and started again, so BTS had the difficult job of taking down all what the previous tiler had done, make good the walls and then tiling around the bath area. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he done a fantastic job.
There were quite a few tiles left over which he said we could use to make a matching bath panel and tile the floor. This is something that we are so pleased he suggested as it totally transformed what was a ‘good looking’ bathroom to a ‘classy expensive looking’ bathroom. He even tiled the boxing in of the water pipes to match the floor.
So the family bathroom was looking really good and we are really happy with the end result as our friends that have seen it say it looks beautiful.

En-suite:
Again the finished result is absolutely first class. He tiled fully from floor to ceiling and also tiled the floor. We had quite a difficult layout with what we wanted and BTS done it exactly as we wished.
He worked well alongside the plumber that was in to move the shower pipes, box in the toilet cistern etc. and they both talked on the phone and met on site to discuss the job that was needed to be done to give us the finish that we wanted.
My wife turned around to me and said “You know what? I think this is the best bathroom I have ever been in.”

He is a very skilled and experienced tiler who cuts the tiles impeccably.
He is a really hard worker and a perfectionist that takes a lot of pride in his work, which seems to be non-existent with most tradesmen nowadays.
He is punctual and committed to the job for you and is a very tidy worker.
The price he quoted was very reasonable and I would not hesitate for one minute in recommending BTS Tiling to anybody that needs work carried out.
We will definitely be getting him back in to tile our kitchen walls and floor when we get around to that room.

We are delighted with the en-suite bathroom and a wetroom that BTS has tiled for us. Both of the rooms had difficult walls that were not straight and used tiles from three different manufacturers. The wetroom was a particular challenge as the wet-deck tray and tiles and mosaics all had to be absolutely level, which Naeem did perfectly. Naeem also fixed our kitchen floor which was starting to breakup from where a previous tiler didn’t finish to a high standard. We are returning customers from last year and have already recommend him to two of our friends who wanted his contact details when they saw our wetroom ! Thanks again !!

We had a water leak from the wet-room into the hallway as the previous tiling had been done to such a poor standard. BTS cleared the entire floor of adhesives and tiles and levelled it before proceeding with waterproofing the area and then tiling.
We had a few tilers to quote for the job but BTS was by far the best in terms of the advice offered and at a competitive price.
BTS has a very good eye for detail and was extremely professional and did the preparation and tiling to a very high standard.
We would thoroughly recommend Naeem.
